A Typical Installation
- Flat/Large material typically: Cardboard, Timber, Plastic film
- Fines typically: Small stones, glass, plastic, cardboard
- Roll back typically: Bottles, cans, containers, stones
The raw material is fed to the ballistic and dropped onto the rotating paddles.
The paddles loosen the material and the Flat/large material works it way up the slope and the roll back works its way down the slope. The Fines fall through the screen plates in the paddles
The slope can be adjusted to suit the material being screened.
The steeper the slope the cleaner the flat/large material and the volume of roll back increases and vice versa.
The openings in the screens can be made to suit the customer.
